Training
Depending on the specificity of the position, we are also able to assess the computer, language and professional skills of the applicants.
The job seekers are prepared by our consultants for their meetings with potential employers and participation in interviews, executing of the required documents, needed upon applying for a job.
Following our preliminary selection, we will submit to your attention a list of the most suitable applicants, who we consider to be fully complying with your requirements and with the needs of your company’s activity. We organize an interview therewith at a time that suits you, attended by a consultant of our company. It is possible to fix additional meetings until making the final decision in respect of the selection of a candidate.
Personnel selection
In addition to the professional selection, we also undertake to draw up a special information card of the applicant, including the whole information about the person, selected by you (relating to his/her professional background), namely, previous employers, employers’ opinions, reasons for leaving and a lot of other business information.
